“Company”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refers to Orkney Nautical LLP.
“Customer”, “guest”, and “passenger” refers to any individual booking or participating in a tour or charter.
“Tour” refers to scheduled wildlife trips operated by the Company.
“Charter” refers to private hire of the vessel and skipper.
“Vessel” refers to any boat operated by the Company.
2.1 Bookings are confirmed only once payment or deposit has been received.
2.2 Full payment may be required prior to departure. Deposit requirements and payment deadlines will be stated at the time of booking.
2.3 Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
2.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw services without notice prior to booking confirmation.
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

7.2 Boarding and disembarking vessels may involve uneven or slippery surfaces. Customers must take reasonable care at all times.
7.3 The skipper has absolute authority regarding vessel operation and onboard safety decisions.
8.1 We maintain appropriate commercial insurance as required by law.

11.1 The charterer is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party.
11.2 Charter timings include boarding and disembarkation unless otherwise agreed.
11.3 We reserve the right to refuse activities deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
11.4 Alcohol consumption may be restricted at the skipper’s discretion.
12.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12.2 Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.
13.1 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
13.2 Customer information will only be used for booking administration, operational communication, and legal obligations unless consent is provided for marketing.
14.1 Any complaints should be raised with the crew as soon as reasonably possible during the trip.
14.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip date.
15.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
